Dr. Tajvidi
Dr. Ali Asghar Tajvidi was born in Fasa in 1948. When he was 5 years old, prior to learning how to read and write, he turned to painting as he saw a picture of three little girls holding a flower basket. As a child he loved the art of painting. He was initially inspired by manifestations of nature. At the beginning he started designing applying his experience in painting subsequently in miniatures. Tajvidi is also a great master of such arts as oil colour painting, sculpture and water colour. His familiarity with the history of Ancient Iran and his studies in the artists of the European Renaissance and the great Iranian painting master Mahmoud Fashchian influenced his horizons of vision and his artistic productions greatly. After finishing the primary and secondary school studies he set out for Tehran to enhance his awareness of art studying in Tehran University of Fine Arts in visual arts in 1973 graduating in sculpture in 1977 gaining the first rank at the university. Simultaneous with sculpture he followed Iranian painting or miniature. Studying the culture of Ancient Iran, Tajvidi created invaluable works of art being indicative of great Iranian culture. In doing so he resorted to Iranian myths, the Avesta, Firdausi’s Shanamah, Khayyam’s Rubaiat, Hafez and the history of Ancient Iran. He has participated in the domestic and international fairs receiving awards and tokens of appreciation. 1. Token of Honor in “Miniature”, The Iranian painting from Art Addiction Sweden, 2002. 2. Token of Honor and special Award for the painting “Noruz in Takht-e-Jamshid” from the Ministry of the culture and Islamic Guidance, 1997. 3. The First Grade Token for Artistic work from Organization of Cultural Heritage, 2005. 4. Teaching at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Tehran, 1983 and 1984. 5. Participating in the Iranian Fairs on painting in Paris, Masghat, Eshgh Abad, Stockholm, The Museum for contemporary Arts in Tehran, Niavaran Culture Academy, and the artifact fairs held in Shiraz, Hamedan, Tabriz, etc. 6. Compiling two albums on Iranian painting, Hafez Anthology paintings and cooperating with Art Academy in paintings of Firdausi’s Shanamah.

Visionary R Future Consultancy and Trading W.L.L (L.L.C) Terms and Conditions of Sale for Buyers.

1. Introduction:
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of artworks (“Artwork(s)”) by Visionary R Future Consultancy and Trading W.L.L (“Visionary R Future” or “we”) to you, the buyer (“you” or “Buyer”).
1.2 By placing an order for Artwork through Visionary R Future, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Order Process:
2.1 Artwork Selection: You may inquire about the availability and pricing of Artwork through various channels, including Instagram, our website, or direct communication.
2.2 Order Inquiry: Upon inquiry, we will inform you within 48 hours regarding the Artwork’s availability, total price, and estimated delivery timeframe.
2.3 Invoice and Down Payment: We will send you an invoice detailing the purchase, including these Terms and Conditions and specifying the required down payment percentage (50% to 70% of the total price).
2.4 Order Confirmation: Once you approve the invoice and make the down payment through the provided payment link, your order is confirmed.
3. Payment:
3.1 Down Payment: A non-refundable down payment of 50% To 70% of the total price is required to secure the order. Due to the order placement and payment to the artist.
3.2 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the Artwork.
3.3 Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include (Credit cards, NAPS, Debit cards and Bank transfer, etc.).
3.4 Currency: All transactions are conducted in (Qatari Riyal, Other Currencies).
4. Shipping and Delivery:
4.1 Delivery Timeframe: We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Artwork within the estimated timeframe, however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Shipping cost: Shipping cost for Qatar is included in the price, but for other Gulf Cooperation Council countries (GCC), 50% of the shipping cost from Qatar is borne by the buyer.
4.3 Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, exact and complete address, contact number, and delivery time frame for receive and confirmation.
4.4 Delay in delivery: If the delay in delivery is not due to an incorrect delivery address (clause 4.3), for each day of delay beyond the estimated delivery time, a penalty equal to 1% of the initial advance payment amount will be deducted from the final payment, not to exceed the maximum penalty of the total advance payment.
4.5 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events beyond our control in Origin and Destination, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions.
5. Artwork Authenticity and Condition:
5.1 Authenticity: We guarantee the authenticity of all Artwork sold.
5.2 Condition: The Artwork will be delivered in the condition described.
5.3 Inspection: Upon delivery time, you must inspect the Artwork for any damage. We have no responsibility or obligation after delivery is completed.
6. Returns and Refunds:
6.1 No Refunds on Down Payment: Due to the order placement and payment made to the artist, no amount of the initial down payment will be refunded after 3 days from the time of prepayment.
6.2 Return Window After Delivery: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return the artwork for a refund. (Condition of refund in clause 6.3)
6.3 Refund Terms After Delivery: The artwork must be returned in its original and completely undamaged condition with all original packaging. A refund of only 70% of the final payment will be issued after inspection and confirmation of the condition of the artwork, which takes approximately 14 business days, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. (We emphasize that the initial payment is not refundable under any circumstances. (As per clause 6.1)
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability:
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for the warranty of authenticity.
7.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Visionary R Future be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the sale or use of the Artwork.
8. Intellectual Property:
8.1 Copyright: Copyright in the Artwork remains with the respective Artist and Visionary R Future.
9. Governing Law:
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
10. Dispute Resolution:
10.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.
11. Entire Agreement:
11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Visionary R Future concerning the sale of the Artwork and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
12. Modifications:
12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
